The IfT Institut für Talententwicklung works for Trades and Industries and Institutions of higher education/vocational education.

Likewise the IfT supports the young pupils and students to prepare for an early encounter with the educational opportunities at hand. The IfT guides in career opportunities and brings the pupils and students together with suitable employers/Institutions of higher education/vocational education.

The activities of IfT:

Conception and organisation of educational guidance fairs
for pupils and students

Publication of fair guides
for pupils and students. The row of fair guides are published under the title „Chancen in the Region ...“ and inform the pupils and students of Trades and Industries, Institutions of higher education/vocational education and professional institutions. Also a guidance to the ellaboration of job applications and how to achieve a smooth transaction from school life to working life is presented in the fair guides.

A digital newsletter is likewise ellaborated on a regular basis to keep the interested parties informed on the up to date developments within the IfT activities.

Other publications
In the trade journal „TALENTE“ IfT informs Trades and Industries/institutions of higher education/vocational education as well as the schools of the activities of the IfT. Also themes regarding educational guidance and human resources development are presented in the trade journal.

The pocket book „Erfolg im Beruf - Ein Wegweiser“ is a guide to a successful start in the working life.

Organisation of conferences
Several times a year IfT organises events for schools and Trades and Industries/institutions of higher education/vocational education. At these events information is exchanged and discussions are encouraged. The aim is a mutural understanding and a common way to achieve a smooth transaction from school life to working life for all parties involved.
These conferences are often assigned by or in cooperation with chambers of commerce and industries or other companies or institutions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Repeatedly a company called "Expo Guide" adresses our exhibitors with the request to conduct an update of the existing index of exhibitors. On the order form they state: "We administrate your to date free regristration....." - In the small print of the order form it is also stated that an update is binding for 3 years and that a yearly fee of 1.181,- EUR will be charged.

We hereby explicit want to point out that the company "Expo Guide" and their way of doing business has absolutely nothing to do with us and the participation of our educational guidance fairs!
We hence strongly advice you NOT to react to the offer of the company called "Expo Guide".
